Job Description
Biganto is hiring an HR Operations Executive for its Udyog Vihar Phase IV, Gurugram office. Financial Education company with approximately 11ā50 employees. The role is ideal for a highly professional and detail-oriented HR professional with strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, documentation, employee lifecycle management, and organisational processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs, ensuring HR compliance and maintaining employee records, managing onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation, preparing and posting job descriptions across hiring platforms, coordinating interviews and supporting recruitment activities, managing attendance, leave records, and employee databases, organising employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations, maintaining birthday calendars, work anniversaries, and employee communications, drafting HR-related emails, notices, and internal communications, and supporting management with HR reports and operational updates. Candidates should have a strong understanding of HR operations and HR policies, knowledge of employee lifecycle management, experience handling HR documentation and compliance processes, excellent organisational and coordination skills, strong communication and email drafting abilities, high attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset, the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality, and a professional attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. The work schedule is Monday to Saturday with one paid leave per month.
