The Global HR Operations Analyst is a client-facing role within Global HR Central Services responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient and compliant HR services across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end administration of employee leave of absence cases including statutory and non-statutory leave such as maternity, paternity, parental leave, disability and sick leave, acting as the primary contact for leave-related queries, supporting payroll inputs and employee data changes, managing severance and involuntary exit operations, preparing severance documentation, coordinating with HR teams and stakeholders, tracking approvals and timelines, maintaining confidentiality, supporting reporting and analysis, maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems, preparing HR letters and statutory documentation, managing document filing and retention, ensuring compliance with policies and employment regulations, supporting internal and external HR audits, identifying and escalating risks, contributing to process improvements, reducing manual effort, enhancing operational excellence and collaborating with employees, managers and Centres of Excellence across global regions. Candidates should have 3 to 7 years of HR Operations experience, strong employee lifecycle management knowledge, HR systems experience, documentation skills, compliance knowledge and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or French will be an added advantage. This is a global role requiring work across global time zones with shift allowances applicable. The role follows a three-day work-from-office model in Bengaluru with limited exceptions.
