We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. HR Executive to manage recruitment and core HR operations in a remote work model. The role involves handling the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance. Position: Sr. HR Executive Experience: 5+ Years Working Days: 6 Days a Week Location: Remote Salary: 12 to 15 LPA plus 10% bonus Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job description creation, job postings, resume screening, and initial interviews. - Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including smooth onboarding and exit formalities. - Conduct document collection and background verification (BGV). - Handle payroll coordination, salary processing inputs, and TDS calculations. - Prepare and issue official HR documents, including offer letters, appraisal letters, and promotion letters. - Maintain and update employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management systems. - Address employee queries, conduct regular feedback sessions, and support engagement initiatives. - Ensure confidentiality and proper management of all employee and company documents while issuing timely salary slips. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR operations and recruitment. - Working knowledge of payroll processes and TDS calculations. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and hiring platforms, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Position: US HR Onboarding Specialist (LI Industry) Location: Sector 62, Noida (Work From Office) Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST) Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end US HR onboarding processes within the US staffing and Light Industrial (LI) industry. - Handle onboarding documentation, background verification (BGV), and compliance requirements. - Coordinate seamlessly with candidates, internal teams, and clients to ensure timely document collection. - Maintain accurate onboarding records and follow up diligently to clear pending clearances. Requirements: - Proven experience in US HR onboarding within the US staffing or Light Industrial (LI) sector. - Solid knowledge of onboarding documentation, background screening, and statutory compliance. - Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. - Ability to work comfortably in the US night shift timings.
