Quick Hire India is hiring an experienced HR Recruiter for its Consultancy Recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for handling Non-IT recruitment and managing the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
The role requires strong candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-up skills, along with the ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and achieve hiring targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and screen candidates for Non-IT positions.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals and social media.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage multiple positions and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Conduct regular candidate follow-ups and coordinate throughout the hiring process.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Consultancy recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools.
- Proactive, target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Strong follow-up and candidate coordination skills.
