Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with strong plant/manufacturing HR exposure to manage HR Generalist activities, statutory compliance, industrial relations, employee relations, HR operations, and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment with sound knowledge of labour laws and plant-level HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR Generalist activities for the plant/manufacturing facility.
Handle plant-related statutory compliance and maintain required documentation.
Manage PF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
Maintain statutory records, registers, documentation, and compliance reports.
Handle industrial relations and support union-related matters and settlements.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Support HR operations and plant administration.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and business requirements.
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
Conduct employee engagement, welfare, and workplace initiatives.
Maintain employee records and HR MIS.
Coordinate with management and employees on HR-related matters.
Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Identify and address HR and employee-related issues to ensure smooth plant operations.
Candidate Requirements
MSW qualification is required.
3–4 years of relevant HR experience.
Mandatory experience in Plant / Manufacturing HR.
Strong knowledge of plant-level statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with PF, Gratuity, and Bonus administration.
Good understanding of labour laws and statutory documentation.
Experience in union settlement and industrial relations.
Strong employee relations and grievance-handling skills.
Experience in HR Operations and Administration.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently manage HR activities in a plant/manufacturing environment.
