Job Description
Cloud Secure Group is looking for a smart, dynamic, and ambitious HR Executive to join our team in Kharadi, Pune. We are seeking a proactive professional with 1 to 3 years of experience who is ready to take ownership, drive strategic hiring, and help build strong HR processes. This is an on-site role (Work From Office, 5 days a week) with immediate joiners or those on short notice preferred.

Work Mode: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records.
- Assist in creating, implementing, and improving company HR policies and processes.
- Manage employee data, attendance records, payroll inputs, and related activities using greytHR.
- Support general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Foster a positive, performance-driven, and employee-friendly workplace culture.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with the greytHR platform is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of full-lifecycle hiring and core HR operations.
- Prior experience drafting or implementing HR policies is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, confident, and growth-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative.
