Job Description
Hyreasy is looking for an experienced and ownership-driven HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for one of its established and growing client organizations. The role will be responsible for payroll, recruitment, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Handle payroll processing and coordinate payroll-related activities.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable requirements.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and related HR processes.
• Maintain HR policies, employee documentation, and personnel records.
• Address employee queries and support day-to-day employee relations.
• Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes and policies.
• Work closely with management and internal stakeholders to resolve people-related matters.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of statutory compliance, particularly PF, ESI, and PT.
• Hands-on understanding of payroll, recruitment, attendance, leave, and employee engagement processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, collaborative, and ownership-driven attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities independently.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
