We're Hiring | HR Executive / HR Recruiter - Blue-Collar Recruitment

Experience:
2-5 Years
Are you experienced in blue-collar recruitment and passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunities? We're looking for a proactive and target-driven HR Executive / HR Recruiter to strengthen our hiring team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for Technicians, Helpers, Operators, Field Service Staff, Installation Engineers, Warehouse Associates, and Support Staff.
Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, social media, and local recruitment drives.
Conduct telephonic screening and coordinate technical interviews.
Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
Ensure timely documentation, background verification, and onboarding compliance.
Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with recruitment consultants and vendors to achieve hiring targets.
Support bulk hiring and pan-India recruitment as per business requirements.
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end blue-collar recruitment.
Experience hiring Technicians, Helpers, Operators, Field Service Engineers, and operational staff.
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals such as WorkIndia, Indeed and Apna.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight hiring deadlines.
Preferred Industry Experience
Experience in Consumer Durables, Home Appliances, Digital Locks, Electricals, HVAC, or the Service Industry will be an added advantage.
