[24]7.ai is hiring a Human Resource Executive on a contract basis for its Marathahalli, Bengaluru office. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Campus Hiring. The selected candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, coordinate campus recruitment drives and hiring events with colleges and universities, build relationships with placement officers and campus stakeholders, source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews, coordinate interview processes with hiring managers, maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports, assist in onboarding activities, ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, and support employer branding and campus engagement initiatives. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Applicants with completed HR internships in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required. Exposure to campus hiring, volume hiring, or recruitment coordination will be an added advantage.
