Job Description
Tractor Junction is hiring an experienced HR Generalist for its Noida office. This is a full-time opportunity for HR professionals who are passionate about creating a positive employee experience and managing the complete employee lifecycle. Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 30-day notice period are preferred.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities. The role includes maintaining employee records, HRMS, and personnel files, preparing HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, experience letters, and relieving letters, coordinating employee onboarding, induction, and orientation, managing attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs, ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements, handling employee relations and grievance resolution, organizing employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives, supporting performance appraisal and performance improvement processes, preparing HR MIS reports and dashboards, assisting in the development of HR policies, SOPs, HR audit documentation, coordinating training and development initiatives, and managing Full and Final Settlement documentation and exit processes.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or PGDM in HR is preferred. Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, HRMS, labor laws, statutory compliance, MS Office with advanced Excel skills, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills is required.
