The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of overall Human Resources experience and be an immediate joiner. The role involves managing the complete HR lifecycle including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the capability to work independently while handling multiple HR responsibilities. Hands-on experience in end-to-end HR functions is essential. Candidates should be organized, proactive, people-oriented, and proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools, which will be an added advantage.Salary 50000 per month.
