GP Strategies Corporation is hiring an HR Operations Administrator (II) for a remote position in India. Global talent transformation, learning and development, consulting, and talent technology company with over 4,000 employees across more than 30 countries. The selected candidate will support end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle administration, including processing hires, transfers, organizational changes, compensation updates, benefits changes, and terminations while maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation. Responsibilities include managing HR workflows, approvals, case management activities, responding to employee and manager enquiries, supporting HR systems administration, data validation, quality assurance, HR reporting, contracts, employment letters, payroll coordination, benefits administration, statutory compliance, onboarding, employee transitions, audit support, documentation management, right-to-work verification, background screening, employee records maintenance, payroll and benefits reconciliation, workforce reporting, HR data analysis, project coordination, performance management support, employee engagement initiatives, annual people programs, and continuous process improvement. The role requires collaboration with HR Business Partners, HRIS teams, Payroll teams, Finance, external vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR operational services. Candidates should have experience in HR administration, HR operations, shared services, employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, benefits administration, HR reporting, HR systems, compliance, audit support, stakeholder management, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Oracle HCM or equivalent HR systems, HR service management platforms, and case management tools.
