The Associate Manager β Talent Acquisition & HR Operations will join the People team in a remote role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and HR operations across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include owning complete recruitment for business and support functions, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and innovative sourcing channels, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating virtual interviews, managing candidate experience from application to offer, maintaining talent pipelines, driving offer discussions, pre-joining engagement, onboarding readiness, tracking recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios, supporting employer branding initiatives, coordinating virtual onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records and HR documentation, partnering with Payroll, Finance, Information Technology, and business teams to support employee lifecycle processes, preparing employment letters and HR communications, organizing employee engagement activities, virtual team events, rewards and recognition programs, culture-building initiatives, ensuring HR compliance with company policies and employment regulations, preparing HR reports and dashboards, supporting audits, and identifying opportunities to improve HR processes through technology and automation. Candidates should have 4β7 years of experience in Human Resources with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, experience independently managing end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. An MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred, while experience in startups, technology companies, or social impact organizations will be an added advantage.
