Bayer is hiring an HR Operations Executive for a 12-month contract role in Bangalore. The role requires 7ā10 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and HR Generalist functions. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee data management, documentation, and exit formalities. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data, handling employee queries, supporting HR audits, ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational policies, driving process improvements, managing monthly payroll inputs, validating payroll data including variable pay, reimbursements, statutory deductions, coordinating with payroll vendors and finance teams for timely salary processing, resolving payroll-related queries, ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and tax regulations, supporting full and final settlements, partnering with business stakeholders on day-to-day HR matters, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, supporting HR policy implementation, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and coordinating with external vendors for background verification, payroll, and benefits administration. Candidates should have strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll processes, labour laws, HRIS, payroll platforms, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
