Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from multi-channel sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
HR Operations: Oversee employee databases, attendance tracking, leave management, HR documentation, and lifecycle workflows.
Payroll & Compliance: Coordinate payroll processing and ensure strict compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and statutory requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Resolve grievances, maintain a positive work climate, plan engagement activities, inductions, and retention initiatives.
Performance & Policy Management: Implement appraisal systems, monitor performance, and update HR policies in line with business needs.
MIS & Exit Management: Track HR metrics (attrition, hiring, attendance), manage exit interviews, and handle full and final (F&F) settlements.
Requirements
Experience: 3ā5 Years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist or management role (immediate joiners/short notice preferred).
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and modern HRMS platforms.
Competencies: Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labor law compliance; excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; high professionalism with confidential data.
