Job Description
Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring a Manager, HR Workforce Administration and Data Management for its Hyderabad office. The role is responsible for leading HR workforce administration activities, managing organization changes, employee lifecycle events, leave of absence processes, workforce data management and HR shared services operations in a global environment. The selected candidate will support organizational restructures, employee status changes, workforce administration, severance processes, payroll coordination, benefits coordination, documentation management and compliance with local regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality customer interactions, maintaining accurate employee data in Workday, performing system audits, managing sensitive worker data through manual updates and Workday EIB uploads, conducting root cause analysis, generating system data extracts, supporting testing activities, collaborating with global HR teams, identifying process improvements, supporting organizational change initiatives, coordinating team workloads, managing escalations, supporting project management activities and delivering training and knowledge-sharing sessions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR operations, HR shared services, Workday HCM, leave of absence administration, time tracking, workforce administration, employee lifecycle management, payroll and benefits coordination, HR compliance, stakeholder management, project management and continuous process improvement. Candidates should possess leadership and coaching abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, experience working in multicultural global environments and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A minimum of 7 years of HR operational experience including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role is required. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a recognized HR certification is mandatory. Experience with Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Automation, Robotics, Gen AI and knowledge management tools is preferred.
