Armacell India is hiring an HR Recruiter for its Lonikand Pune location on a 6 month contract through Randstad Payroll. The role is responsible for managing end to end recruitment and supporting HR operations. Responsibilities include managing recruitment for assigned positions, sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels, screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, tracking recruitment progress, maintaining recruitment databases and reports, managing offer rollout, candidate follow ups, onboarding coordination, employee onboarding, induction and joining formalities, maintaining employee records and HR documentation, attendance management, leave tracking, employee data management, coordinating payroll inputs, resolving employee queries, preparing HR reports, trackers and MIS, ensuring compliance with HR policies and documentation requirements, collaborating with internal stakeholders and supporting day to day HR administration and employee engagement activities.
