Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards EMEA, the Associate, Rewards & Compensation will be responsible for compensation analysis, reporting, benchmarking, market pricing, job evaluation, compliance reporting, and supporting compensation programs across the organization. The role will contribute to maintaining competitive pay structures while supporting recruitment, retention, and business objectives.
The selected candidate will assist in developing and implementing compensation processes, programs, and tools, benchmark compensation at the country level, participate in salary surveys, conduct market analysis, monitor pay plans, perform market pricing exercises, ensure compliance with compensation and benefits policies, support salary budget planning, perform variable pay modelling, participate in mergers and acquisitions due diligence, communicate compensation information to employees and management, stay updated on European compensation laws, support government filings, ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines, Gender Pay Gap Analysis, EU Pay Transparency requirements, assist with annual compensation processes including merit reviews and bonus planning, respond to employee compensation and benefits queries, and support the development of new team members.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, expertise in compensation analytics, benchmarking, job evaluation, salary surveys, HR systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Willis Towers Watson, or Mercer will be an added advantage.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a multinational corporate environment supporting complex compensation analytics and reward processes with knowledge of UK and European compensation practices.
