Key Responsibilities
Handle monthly PF, ESIC, and PT compliance, including preparing and processing statutory challans and payments within due dates.
File PF ECR, ESIC returns, and PT returns accurately as applicable.
Maintain meticulous statutory records, payment proofs, challans, and return acknowledgements.
Reconcile PF/ESIC/PT data with internal payroll and employee records, coordinating seamlessly with HR, Payroll, and Accounts teams.
Handle PF, ESIC, PT, and labor-law audits, provide required documentation, and respond to statutory notices, queries, and inspections.
Track statutory due dates, identify discrepancies, ensure timely reconciliation, and prepare monthly compliance MIS reports for management.
Keep fully updated with changes in applicable labor and statutory regulations.
Requirements
Experience: 2ā3 Years of hands-on experience in Statutory Compliance / Payroll Compliance (candidates who have independently handled end-to-end PF, ESIC, PT, and labor compliance are preferred).
Industry Preference: Manpower Supply, Labour Contractor, Staffing, Recruitment, or Facility Management companies.
Qualification: Graduate degree.
Technical Skills: Strong practical knowledge of MS Excel and statutory compliance portals/platforms.
Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, ability to meet strict regulatory deadlines, and robust data reconciliation capabilities.
