Job Description
PeopleBridge Partners is hiring an HR Manager for its Gurgaon office. The role requires an experienced HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end Human Resources functions including talent acquisition, payroll, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and HR operations. The selected candidate will partner with business leaders to build and support a high-performing workforce. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment across various functions, partnering with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring, handling onboarding, induction, confirmations, employee documentation, exit formalities, and payroll. The role also involves independently managing monthly payroll by coordinating attendance, leave records, reimbursements, statutory deductions, salary processing, ensuring payroll accuracy and timely disbursement while coordinating with finance or payroll vendors, managing day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, driving the Performance Management System including goal setting, appraisals, and performance reviews. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, while an MBA or PGDM in HR is preferred. Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Information Technology, or Banking and Financial Services industries will be an advantage. Female candidates are preferred and should be based in Gurgaon or willing to work from the Gurgaon office. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong ownership, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
