Job Description
Twinings Ovaltine is hiring a People & Performance Business Partner to support the delivery and implementation of the people strategy across BizTX. BizTX is the global technology function of Twinings Ovaltine focused on driving business growth and productivity through digital innovation. The role reports to the Director of People & Performance and supports approximately 150 employees across India, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Poland, Switzerland, Thailand, China, and Australia. The successful candidate will balance both strategic and operational HR responsibilities including recruitment and assessment, learning and development, reward management, employee relations, international mobility, talent management, succession planning, organisational development, and HR transformation. Responsibilities include partnering with business leaders across India and South Africa, establishing and strengthening the HR Business Partner function, coaching people managers, supporting recruitment with Talent Acquisition, participating in interviews with a focus on cultural fit, leading annual compensation reviews, driving employee engagement initiatives, designing and delivering projects focused on Women in Leadership, Women in Tech, wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion, organisational design, change management, talent development, and HR transformation. The role also serves as the employment law lead, manages complex employee relations matters, supports succession planning, develops future talent, identifies organisational risks, recommends improvements, and implements people-focused solutions that align with business objectives. Candidates should possess strong HR generalist experience across recruitment, reward, employee engagement, employee relations, organisational design, change management, coaching, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced international environment. Experience working with senior leadership, global teams, psychometric assessment tools, and complex HR initiatives is highly desirable.
