FarEye is hiring an Executive β People & Culture (Junior HRBP) for its Noida office. FarEye is a leading global logistics and last-mile delivery platform that helps enterprises orchestrate, optimize, and enhance delivery experiences through advanced technology and innovation. The People & Culture team serves as a strategic business partner, enabling leaders to build high-performing teams, foster employee engagement, and create a culture of growth, ownership, and continuous learning.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about people, data, and employee experience and are looking to build a career in HR Business Partnering. The selected candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders while gaining practical exposure to employee lifecycle management, talent management, people analytics, workforce planning, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities include partnering with HR Business Partners to support business units on employee-related matters and people initiatives. Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, internal transfers, promotions, and offboarding. Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, workforce analytics, and business reports to support data-driven decision-making. Analyze HR metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring, and employee engagement to generate actionable insights.
Coordinate employee engagement programs, employee surveys, rewards and recognition initiatives, and culture-building activities. Support performance management processes, talent reviews, learning and development initiatives, and maintain employee records while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy. Conduct HR research and market benchmarking on HR policies, industry trends, and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies, HR processes, and statutory requirements while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an excellent employee experience.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline with 1β2 years of full-time HR experience. Internship experience will not be considered. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, data analysis, reporting, dashboard preparation, and MIS reporting. Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, HRMS or HRIS platforms, stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, confidentiality, and integrity are essential. The role offers mentorship, exposure to HR Business Partnering, People Analytics, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Workforce Planning in a fast-growing technology organization.
