The Senior Specialist Talent Management will lead strategic talent initiatives while improving employee lifecycle processes and HR operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing end to end employee lifecycle including preboarding, onboarding, performance management and separation, monitoring talent management KPIs, workforce analytics, employee retention, succession planning and organizational effectiveness, designing capability building and career development programmes, ensuring payroll process compliance, leveraging Workday and HR technology to automate HR operations, utilizing workforce analytics for business decisions, driving process optimization initiatives, executing talent management and leadership development strategies, managing statutory compliance, background verification and governance activities, handling recruitment vendor management, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding readiness, recruitment metrics, employee engagement initiatives, HR helpdesk, grievance handling, stakeholder management and HR transformation projects. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field with 5 to 7 years of experience in Talent Management or Human Resources. Strong expertise in Workday or HRIS platforms, HR analytics, payroll management, statutory compliance, talent development, succession planning, stakeholder management, employee engagement and project management is essential.
