Job Description
Sabre is hiring a Learning & Development Specialist II to support the Talent Management team by delivering seamless learning operations, administering learning systems, and enhancing the employee learning experience across the organization. The role serves as a key operational partner, ensuring learning programs, systems, reporting, and content platforms function efficiently while supporting enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives.
The Learning & Development Specialist II will administer Workday Learning Management System and LinkedIn Learning by managing course setup, learning campaigns, enrollments, attendance tracking, learner records, course completions, system maintenance, and ongoing platform administration. The role also involves managing digital learning hubs including SabreSync intranet pages and SharePoint sites to ensure learning resources remain organized, current, and easily accessible.
Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for classroom, virtual, and on-demand learning programs, scheduling workshops, managing enrollments, participant communications, calendar invitations, training materials, attendance rosters, reminders, and post-session follow-up. The role is responsible for preparing Learning & Development and Talent Management reports, tracking course completion, participation metrics, learning adoption, learner feedback, talent process data, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting requirements.
Additional responsibilities include producing and editing learning sessions, webinars, Train-the-Trainer programs, creating learning content such as presentation decks, facilitator guides, learner guides, job aids, FAQs, videos, knowledge articles, and supporting initiatives related to learning, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and Talent Management programs. The role also focuses on improving learner experience by resolving learning system issues, monitoring feedback, recommending process improvements, and managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, HR Operations, LMS Administration, Instructional Design, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday Learning, is strongly preferred. Experience managing SharePoint sites, intranet platforms, reporting dashboards, Excel, Workday reporting tools, virtual learning sessions, and creating professional learning materials is required. Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
