Job Description
TVH is hiring an HR Business System Support professional to act as the bridge between business users and the Information Technology team for business-specific Human Resources applications. The role is responsible for ensuring effective system utilization, delivering high-quality user support, maintaining knowledge resources, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to HR systems and business processes.
The selected candidate will provide first-level support for business-specific HR applications by receiving, assessing, prioritizing, and resolving user tickets while ensuring business continuity and high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include escalating complex system issues and bugs to the IT team, tracking issues through resolution, communicating solutions to end users, maintaining regular follow-up, and ensuring users clearly understand resolutions and next steps.
The role also includes creating, updating, and maintaining knowledge articles, ensuring documentation remains accurate and aligned with system updates, preparing user documentation for new releases, delivering system training sessions, developing training materials, supporting user adoption, and conducting refresher training after system enhancements.
Additional responsibilities include supporting stakeholder communication, investigating escalated issues, collaborating with HR teams, business stakeholders, Business Process Owners, and IT teams, analyzing user feedback, identifying recurring issues and improvement opportunities, supporting change requests, participating in system testing, validating enhancements, assisting with implementation activities, documenting process improvements, and ensuring smooth deployment of system updates.
Candidates should continuously build expertise in HR business processes, Workday functionality, reporting, business process configuration, data management, and system best practices while remaining informed about product updates and evolving business requirements.
Applicants should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, customer service orientation, documentation expertise, stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. A proactive, process-driven working style and experience handling confidential information are essential.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with Workday. Strong knowledge of Workday Human Capital Management, reporting, business processes, data loads, Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, and proficiency in English are required.
