The Assistant Manager / Manager - HR Operations will be responsible for managing the complete HR Operations function with ownership of payroll administration, HRMS management, statutory compliance, employee benefits administration, HR process governance, reporting, and process automation. The role ensures accurate HR data management, compliance with statutory regulations, and a seamless employee experience across the organization.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end payroll processing through SuccessFactors integrated with GreytHR and SAP systems, validating attendance, incentives, arrears, reimbursements, deductions, payroll inputs, conducting payroll audits, coordinating payroll reconciliation with Finance, ensuring statutory compliance for Provident Fund, Employees' State Insurance, Professional Tax, Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund, Income Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
The role will serve as the HRMS System Administrator for SuccessFactors by managing employee lifecycle transactions including hiring, transfers, promotions, and exits, maintaining HR master data integrity, configuring HRMS workflows, coordinating with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management teams, generating HR reports, dashboards, analytics, supporting system testing, change management, and working with external consultants for system enhancements.
Additional responsibilities include managing statutory compliance activities, preparing statutory returns, coordinating with government authorities, labour consultants, and auditors, maintaining compliance records, licenses, renewals under labour legislations including CLRA, Gratuity, Bonus, and Shops and Establishment Act, conducting HR audits, administering employee benefits including leave encashment and insurance programs, coordinating with service providers, driving HR process standardization, maintaining standard operating procedures, publishing HR dashboards covering headcount, payroll, attrition, and cost analytics, ensuring data integrity, audit closure, process governance, and implementing continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Candidates should possess strong expertise in SuccessFactors, SAP HR, GreytHR, HRMS administration, payroll management, statutory compliance, HR audits, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, employee benefits administration, HR analytics, process governance, stakeholder management, data accuracy, and confidential information management.
