The Talent Acquisition Partner & Employee Engagement Specialist will independently lead end-to-end recruitment while driving employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and employee experience. The role requires a proactive HR professional capable of developing hiring strategies, improving recruitment processes through analytics, and executing structured employee engagement programs in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key responsibilities include managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, offer management, and onboarding support, driving hiring for technical and non-technical positions with a primary focus on technology recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and leadership to develop hiring strategies aligned with workforce plans, maintaining hiring timelines, ensuring high-quality candidate experience, building talent pipelines through LinkedIn, GitHub, job portals, referrals, Boolean search, talent mapping, internal databases, and passive candidate sourcing, reducing dependency on recruitment agencies through direct sourcing, managing recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems including Breezy, tracking recruitment metrics such as Time to Fill, Source Effectiveness, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source-to-Hire Ratio, Cost per Hire, preparing recruitment dashboards and leadership reports, identifying hiring bottlenecks, recommending process improvements, adapting hiring strategies based on market conditions, supporting campus hiring initiatives, strengthening employer branding, designing and executing structured employee engagement programs, developing quarterly and annual engagement calendars, leading Rewards and Recognition initiatives, organizing employee events and celebrations, preparing engagement budgets and proposals, evaluating employee engagement effectiveness, and collaborating with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Candidates should possess strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Technical Recruitment, Engineering Hiring, AI and Technology Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub Sourcing, Boolean Search, Recruitment Analytics, Applicant Tracking Systems, Breezy ATS, Employee Engagement, Rewards and Recognition, Employer Branding, Campus Hiring, Stakeholder Management, HR Reporting, Recruitment Dashboards, Process Improvement, Communication Skills, and Problem Solving. Experience recruiting Backend, AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or Platform Engineering professionals will be a significant advantage.
