UnifyXperts is an ERPNext implementation partner serving US manufacturers and e-commerce businesses. With a team of around 20 employees, the company specializes in ERPNext consulting, implementation, development, and support services. Industry: IT Services / ERP Consulting. This is the company's first dedicated HR role, offering the opportunity to build and establish the HR function from the ground up. The HR Generalist will independently manage end-to-end people operations, including workforce planning with the Founder and delivery teams, recruitment for consultants, developers, interns, and support roles, job description creation, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, offer management, and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring. The role includes driving employee retention and engagement through regular one-on-one meetings, monitoring team health, managing the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding and exit interviews, planning employee engagement activities, celebrations, learning sessions, and offsites, administering leave, work-from-home and attendance policies, maintaining HR records and the employee handbook, improving HR policies, resolving employee relations issues and performance concerns, handling workplace conflicts, ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws including leave policies, notice periods, PF and ESI basics, documenting HR processes, and partnering directly with the Founder to strengthen organizational culture based on honesty, simplicity, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
