(Formerly Known as G-Eng Advisory Services Pvt Ltd) is hiring a DGM/GM - Human Resource to lead their Human Resources function and drive strategic people management initiatives at their Head Office in Gurugram. This is a full-time leadership role requiring 13-16 years of progressive experience.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Establish HR policies, procedures, systems, and processes, and advise senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and project-based requirements, drive leadership hiring, talent sourcing, and ensure timely deployment of qualified professionals.
HR Operations: Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, exit formalities, employee records, HR documentation, and HR MIS reports.
Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws: Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, managing PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, filings, documentation, and audits.
Performance Management & Employee Development: Implement and monitor the Performance Management System, manage annual appraisals, performance reviews, and drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
Employee Relations & HR Governance: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues to foster a professional, inclusive, and performance-driven work culture.
Requirements
Key Expertise: Strong hands-on expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Statutory Compliance with a thorough understanding of PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and applicable labour laws.
Competencies: Proven ability to develop HR strategies, lead teams, manage stakeholders, and exhibit excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
