Contact Person Shivam Gupta. This leadership opportunity is for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end US Payroll operations in a global organization. The company operates in a Global Payroll and Business Services environment. The selected candidate will lead and manage end-to-end US payroll operations while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing. Responsibilities include managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing payroll team, building strong relationships with HR, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and business stakeholders, driving payroll process improvements, automation, governance, and operational excellence, ensuring compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations, handling payroll escalations, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high accuracy and SLA adherence. The ideal candidate should have 14+ years of total payroll experience including at least 9+ years of progressive US Payroll experience with hands-on payroll processing and 8+ years of people leadership and team management experience. The candidate should possess excellent business communication, stakeholder management, leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset. The role requires working in a fast-paced global environment with a strong focus on compliance, operational excellence, process improvement, and employee experience. Candidates must be comfortable working in a 24Ć7 operational environment.
