Position: HR Executive – Recruitment & Onboarding Experience: 0–4 years Location: Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA Gender: Male Candidates Only Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM HR freshers can apply. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions, understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers, source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media and other channels, screen resumes, coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups, manage offer rollout and joining formalities, ensure timely onboarding, complete joining documentation, maintain employee records, conduct employee induction, maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Eligibility: Freshers with an MBA/PGDM in HR are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations are preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, candidate coordination, recruitment knowledge, MS Excel/MS Word and HRMS or recruitment-system knowledge, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are required.
