Job Description
A renowned consulting firm with pan-India and overseas presence is hiring a dynamic Non-IT Recruiter with experience in hiring for Presales and other Non-IT roles. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for Presales, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance & Accounts, Audit, Taxation, Legal, Procurement, Operations, Customer Success, Administration, Supply Chain, and other corporate functions. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social media, conducting HR screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and managing onboarding. The role also involves building talent pipelines and maintaining recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and candidate databases. The candidate will work closely with recruitment vendors and staffing partners while monitoring vendor performance and SLAs. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to provide hiring updates and recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of positions. Strong exposure to Presales hiring is mandatory. Experience in Business Development, Sales, Finance, HR, Audit, Taxation, and other corporate function hiring is required. Excellent stakeholder management, vendor management, communication, sourcing, multitasking, and negotiation skills are essential. Candidates with recruitment experience in the Telecom industry will be preferred.
