CloudThat is one of India's leading Cloud Consulting, Training and Services organizations, helping enterprises and professionals build expertise across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI/ML and GenAI technologies. CloudThat is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4–6 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing both campus and lateral hiring, building strong talent pipelines and partnering with business stakeholders to achieve hiring goals. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for campus and lateral hiring and driving hiring for technical and non-technical roles across the organization. Responsibilities include planning and executing campus recruitment initiatives with engineering colleges, universities and premier institutes, coordinating placement drives, assessments, interviews and offer rollouts, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals and networking channels, screening profiles, conducting initial HR discussions and coordinating technical interviews. The selected candidate will partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and ensure timely closures, build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, track recruitment metrics, prepare hiring reports and support employer branding and campus engagement initiatives. Candidates should have 4–6 years of IT recruitment experience with exposure to both campus and lateral hiring. Experience in hiring for Cloud, Data, AI, DevOps, Software Development or related technology roles is required. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, experience coordinating interviews and managing recruitment operations, the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and a good understanding of recruitment KPIs and hiring processes are required. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required and an MBA or PGDM in HR is preferred. Prior experience in the IT Services, Cloud or Technology industry will be an advantage.
