Job Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing comprehensive HR Operations and Human Resources functions in Okhla, New Delhi. The role includes managing the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities. The candidate will develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives, maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality, handle employee grievances, and support professional conflict resolution. The role involves managing monthly payroll processing through Keka HRMS with complete accuracy, ensuring timely salary processing, reimbursements, incentives, bonuses, and full and final settlements, maintaining payroll records, generating HR and payroll reports for management, and coordinating with Finance for payroll reconciliation and statutory deductions. The HR Manager will ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations, handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, and other applicable statutory requirements, coordinate statutory audits, maintain compliance documentation, and liaise with government authorities and external consultants whenever required. Responsibilities also include coordinating hiring activities to fulfill manpower requirements, managing employee induction and orientation programs, supporting performance management, training, and employee development initiatives, and monitoring attendance, leave management, and workforce planning through Keka. The role requires preparing monthly HR dashboards and MIS reports, tracking HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, headcount, payroll, and compliance, and providing HR analytics and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.Salary 15 LPA.
