Talentnest Solutions is hiring a Senior HR Generalist for a full-time position at Mhape MBP Park, Navi Mumbai. Interviews are scheduled for 13th July 2026 and 14th July 2026. Immediate joiners and candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred. The role involves managing the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities. The candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, and HR compliance, administer and maintain Zoho People HRMS including employee records, attendance, leave management, workflows, and reports, process employee onboarding, induction, and documentation, and coordinate payroll inputs with the payroll team to ensure timely salary processing. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with statutory labor laws and company HR policies, managing attendance, leave records, employee databases, and HR MIS reports, handling employee grievance resolution and maintaining healthy employee relations, driving employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR activities, supporting performance management, appraisal cycles, and talent development initiatives, preparing HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for management review, assisting in policy formulation, implementation, and continuous process improvement, and coordinating with department heads for manpower planning and HR support. Strong working knowledge of Zoho People HRMS is mandatory. Candidates should have a good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance, along with experience in attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, HR documentation, campus recruitment, and bulk hiring. The role requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and the ability to handle confidential employee information with integrity. Candidates should have 5-8 years of relevant HR Generalist experience, hands-on experience with Zoho People, and excellent spoken and written English. A minimum of 3 years of stability in the current or previous organization is mandatory. Experience working in IT healthcare, Technology, or Corporate organizations will be an added advantage. The preferred candidate should demonstrate strong ownership and execution skills, a positive attitude with a collaborative approach, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent multitasking and time-management skills, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
