Provilac Milk is a forward-thinking speciality milk company operating in the direct-to-consumer space, with a focus on sourcing milk directly from prominent dairy farms through exclusive partnerships. The company manages the entire process from milking to delivery, including quality checks, cold chain logistics and distribution, to ensure milk reaches customers in its finest and freshest form. Provilac’s products are hormone- and antibiotic-free and are delivered farm-to-doorstep within 24 hours to maintain purity and integrity. Established in 2013 as P9 Farms Pvt Ltd, the company has built a team of experts in milk production, quality control and logistics, guided by a core value of doing the right thing. Headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, Provilac operates in Mumbai and Hyderabad, with a primary focus on delivering high-quality, unadulterated milk. This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Pune. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews and coordinating selection decisions across functions such as operations, logistics, quality and customer service. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, drafting job descriptions, managing job postings and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through various channels. The Recruiter will oversee offer management, onboarding coordination and HR documentation while ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to company values and compliance standards. The role also includes tracking recruitment metrics, supporting employer branding activities and suggesting process improvements to enhance hiring effectiveness. Candidates should have talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management. Experience collaborating with hiring managers, drafting job descriptions and aligning recruitment efforts with business needs is required. Candidates should be proficient with applicant tracking systems, job portals, professional social networks and basic MS Office tools. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams, are required. Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines. An understanding of HR processes, basic labor regulations and best practices for fair and inclusive hiring is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field is required. Prior experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist is preferred. Experience in FMCG, food, dairy or startup environments is an advantage, along with an interest in ethical and quality-driven consumer products.
