The Human Resources Manager will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. The role will maintain and enhance the organization's Human Resources function by planning, implementing and evaluating HR policies, programs and practices. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new hires, conducting performance management and providing feedback and managing payroll and employee benefits. The HR Manager will also look after the company’s online PR and LinkedIn presence. The position requires a solo HR leader capable of handling and aligning all HR processes. Candidates must be familiar with marketing job roles and agency hierarchy and should have skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word, along with Google Suite and Zoho Suite. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and 2+ years of experience in Human Resources. Agency experience is an advantage. The role requires strong recruiting skills and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies, an understanding of social media marketing, strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills, attention to detail and good judgment.
