Blackbaud India is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Operations professional to support daily human resource operations and drive employee engagement initiatives in an on-site capacity based in Hyderabad. This position takes ownership of core processes across the complete employee lifecycle, HR data management, workforce analytics, employee query resolution, audit readiness, and workplace experience enhancement. The position demands ongoing collaboration with global and local HR Centers of Excellence, finance, legal, and operational stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and high service delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete employee lifecycle workflows, including onboarding documentation, background verification tracking, leave monitoring, payroll inputs, official letters, and separation procedures.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries concerning company policies, benefit claims, expense reimbursements, operational documentation, and people processes.
Develop and maintain insightful HR reports, operational dashboards, and workforce analytics to support executive decision-making.
Support statutory compliance routines, internal and external audit readiness, legal documentation, and process governance through meticulous record maintenance.
Plan and execute vibrant employee engagement initiatives, internal cultural celebrations, and company events in close partnership with regional teams.
Maintain accurate, audited employee records across core HR systems, preserving strict data integrity, confidentiality, and data privacy.
Author, standardize, and update HR standard operating procedures, process workflows, and internal knowledge base articles.
Assist with HRMS administration, platform upgrades, testing cycles, and continuous process automation efforts.
Collaborate closely with internal HR, Payroll, Finance, Facilities, Legal, and external service vendors to ensure smooth execution of daily administrative operations.
Required Profile and Qualifications
Five or more years of dedicated experience in core HR operations, workforce analytics, and HR shared services.
Hands-on proficiency with Workday or an equivalent tier-one enterprise HCM platform is preferred.
Solid conceptual understanding of Indian labor laws, statutory compliances, and audit governance frameworks.
Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities with proven expertise in building complex spreadsheets, dashboards, and automated metrics trackers.
High analytical aptitude, organizational capability, problem-solving mindset, and keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated discretion and ethical judgment when managing highly confidential personnel data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with a service-oriented mindset for stakeholder management.
