Job Description
OFTC is looking for an experienced HR professional to build and run its people function in Hyderabad, owning HR policy, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Policy: Develop, implement, and regularly review HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with organisational needs and applicable law.
Employee Engagement: Plan and run engagement initiatives, resolve employee grievances fairly and promptly, and build a positive, high-performance workplace culture.
HR Operations: Manage onboarding, attendance, leave, employee records, HR queries, and exit formalities end to end.
Payroll Coordination: Work with the parent company's HR and finance teams to ensure accurate, on-time payroll and quick resolution of salary-related issues.
Legal & Compliance: Partner with the parent company's legal team on employee-related cases, documentation, and statutory compliance.
Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to the Accountable Manager on people matters, and recommend improvements to HR policies and processes.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
10+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to HR operations, policy development, and employee relations.
Sound working knowledge of payroll, Indian labour laws, and statutory compliance.
Proven ability to set up and manage HR processes independently.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred: Experience in aviation, training, or other regulated industries.
