Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end HR function across Head Office and Project Sites. Handle HR operations, site HR management, manpower planning, recruitment, multi-location/project HR management, payroll and compensation coordination, labour law and statutory compliance, PMS/appraisal management, training and development, employee relations, grievance and disciplinary matters, engagement and retention. Manage HR MIS, HR analytics, HRMS/ERP, process digitization and automation. Develop HR policies and processes, drive process improvement and standardization, monitor and optimize manpower costs, and support organizational restructuring and change initiatives. Manage stakeholders including management, project managers, construction teams, and site HR.
Eligibility:
12–15 years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations and multi-location/project-site HR management. Experience in EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or other project-based organizations is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, problem-solving, stakeholder management, ownership, accountability, confidentiality, and integrity are required.
