We are a B2B Travel Tech startup that is reshaping the way travel agents sell and deliver exceptional travel experiences worldwide. We enable travel agents to book flights, hotels and holidays conveniently and provide comprehensive end-to-end on-ground travel services. We do over INR 1000 crore+ GMV in sales and are growing rapidly. Our strong business model and focus on delivering excellent customer experience have facilitated our sustainable growth funded by internal cashflows. To fuel innovation and growth, we have raised USD 5.5mn+ funds from marquee global investors. The founding team has aced their respective leadership roles at successful internet startups in India. Ashish, Co-founder, leads technology and is Ex CTO Cars24, CTO FabFurnish and Gaadi. Arun, Co-founder, leads product and has experience with Cars24, TravelTriangle and TripFactory and is from IIM Bangalore. Chirag, Co-founder, leads business and has experience with Oyo and TravelTriangle and is from IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Roorkee. Roles and responsibilities include designing, developing, and regularly updating training content for onboarding, process training, and sales enablement programs, along with creating engaging materials such as presentations, SOPs, playbooks, and assessments. Plan and deliver onboarding and role-based training sessions while facilitating interactive and outcome-driven sessions using activities, case studies, and role-based exercises. Collaborate with sales teams to identify challenges and develop relevant content while supporting capability building through mock calls, feedback, and refresher trainings. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage training schedules and trackers, and ensure training resources are organized and accessible. Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and continuously improve content quality, delivery methods, and domain knowledge. Candidates must want to work in a Learning & Development or training role, have strong communication and presentation skills, have an eye for detail in content and processes, and be comfortable creating content such as slides, documents, and guides. Candidates should be able to learn new tools, processes, and concepts quickly and handle repetitive tasks such as content updates and training coordination patiently. The role is suitable for candidates who want to improve training, facilitation, and communication skills and build expertise in content creation and people development. This role is not ideal for someone who is not comfortable with training-related responsibilities such as content creation and program execution, facilitating sessions or speaking in front of groups, handling learner queries, feedback, or training-related escalations, working 10–12 hours a day in a high-performance environment, or working on Saturdays as the role follows a 6-day work week. The office is located in Connaught Place, Delhi. Candidates should understand that joining a startup involves a high-paced environment and can expect 10–12 hours of work in a day.
