Job Description
Enfycon Inc is hiring a female HR Operations Executive for an on-site position in Bangalore. The role involves handling end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, managing employee onboarding, induction, documentation and exit formalities, and maintaining employee records, HR databases and personnel files with accuracy. The candidate will coordinate attendance, leave management and payroll inputs, support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of employee data. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations including PF, ESI and PT, preparing HR letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters and other HR documents, coordinating employee engagement activities and HR initiatives, handling employee queries related to HR policies and processes, generating HR reports and MIS as required by management, and assisting in performance management and other HR-related activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of HR Operations and HR Administration, hands-on experience in payroll coordination, familiarity with PF, ESI, Professional Tax and Labour Law compliance, strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word and HRMS tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.Salary ₹4 LPA.
