Senior IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for end-to-end recruitment. We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented Senior IT Recruiters who can independently manage hiring requirements and drive recruitment outcomes for assigned business units and accounts. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, market intelligence, recruitment analytics, and sourcing strategies. This is primarily an Individual Contributor role, with opportunities to lead small teams based on performance, business growth, and leadership potential. The candidate should demonstrate an interest in leveraging AI-powered recruitment tools, data-driven hiring strategies, and process automation to enhance recruitment effectiveness. Key responsibilities include independently managing end-to-end recruitment for technology hiring mandates, building strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business priorities and hiring needs, delivering junior and mid-level hiring requirements within defined SLAs, driving sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, internal databases, and networking, conducting talent mapping, market research, competitor intelligence, and hiring trend analysis, providing hiring insights, talent availability reports, and market intelligence to stakeholders, maintaining recruitment dashboards and providing regular hiring updates to leadership, monitoring recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, conversion ratios, offers, and joins, utilizing AI-enabled sourcing and screening tools to improve productivity and candidate quality, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
