Job Description
Bright IT Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a seasoned Senior HR Manager to join a reputed manufacturing organization in Gurgaon. The role will take ownership of core HR functions, including HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll management, employee relations, HR technology, and team management. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on HR experience and the ability to manage HR functions effectively at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Oversee payroll management and coordinate payroll-related activities.
• Handle employee grievances, workplace concerns, and employee relations matters.
• Manage and maintain HRMS/HR technology systems and employee data.
• Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, processes, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the HR team.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management updates.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure effective coordination between HR and other business functions.
Eligibility:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Full-time MBA/PG qualification in HR is preferred.
• Strong experience in HR Operations.
• Good understanding of HR compliance and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience in payroll management.
• Strong experience in employee grievance handling and employee relations.
• Good knowledge of HRMS and HR technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team-handling and leadership capabilities.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
