This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. The role involves implementing and maintaining HR policies, handling employee queries, and supporting performance management and appraisal cycles. The person will facilitate employee engagement initiatives, support recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and internal guidelines. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with leadership and teams to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications
Strong HR Management and Human Resources skills, including understanding of core HR functions and practices.
Experience in HR Operations, covering onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with ability to draft, update, and implement policy frameworks.
Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional startup teams.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort with HRIS or other HR-related software tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
