Job Description
CIEL HR Services is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support and drive the people agenda across operations in Bhora Kalan, Pataudi, Bilaspur and Luhari in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business leaders to enhance employee experience, ensure HR compliance, manage workforce engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness across multiple operational sites.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to provide strategic and operational HR support.
Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and exit processes.
Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
Manage attendance, leave, and workforce data while ensuring operational accuracy.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and support employee relations initiatives.
Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
Collaborate with hiring teams to support workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
Analyze HR metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity and employee experience.
Lead employee engagement activities, Rewards and Recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements.
Manage vendor relationships for contractual workforce and ensure smooth HR operations.
Coach and guide managers on people-related matters, policy interpretation, and performance management.
Requirements
MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
1–5 years of HR Business Partner experience.
Experience managing large, distributed, or blue-collar workforces in E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Quick Commerce.
Strong understanding of Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Management, HR Compliance, and Vendor Management.
Experience handling contractual workforce.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
