In this role as an HR Operations Specialist based in Bengaluru, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality HR shared services across the APAC and EMEA regions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, organizational realignments, leave administration, and terminations. The position requires serving as a trusted primary point of contact for HR operational inquiries, providing timely and accurate support to employees, people managers, and cross-functional HR stakeholders while adhering to established service level agreements and internal controls. You will independently manage workforce data and transactions within Oracle HCM Cloud and related systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance with local employment standards, and audit readiness. Responsibilities also include preparing employment documentation, coordinating onboarding and offboarding workflows, supporting employee benefits administration in India, and collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and IT teams. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for operational process improvements, participate in system implementation projects, conduct routine data validations, and maintain updated standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles. Resideo operates in the appliances, electrical, and electronics manufacturing industry with an international workforce of 10,000 or more employees.
