Ansrpo is hiring US Recruiters to join its Recruitment & Talent Acquisition team. The role involves US Staffing/Recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening and candidate handling.
The selected candidate should be comfortable working in US shifts, possess strong communication skills and preferably have prior US Staffing experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle US Staffing / Recruitment activities.
- Source and identify suitable candidates for open requirements.
- Screen and evaluate candidates according to job requirements.
- Manage candidate communication and coordination throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and support timely hiring closures.
- Work effectively during US shift timings.
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition requirements.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in US Staffing / Recruitment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work in US shifts.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
