Job Description
BayOne Solutions is hiring a Lead HR Operations professional for an onsite opportunity in Gurugram. The role requires 6ā9 years of experience and is suitable for immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days.

Lead and govern end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions and separations across all locations.
Ensure seamless execution of pre-employment documentation, employee records management, HR documentation and probation management.
Establish and monitor SLAs, SOPs and service delivery standards to drive operational excellence and employee experience.
Initiate and cross-check Background Verification processes.
Govern attendance, leave management, holiday calendars, payroll inputs and employee data validation to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Ensure adherence to company policies, labour laws, statutory requirements and internal controls.
Lead HR audits, compliance reviews and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Lead employee onboarding, induction, wellness programs and HR communication activities.
Oversee employee query management, HR ticket resolution and end-to-end exit management including Full and Final settlement coordination.
Take initiatives in employee engagement activities, employee connects and new joiner experience.
The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in HR Operations with strong knowledge of HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
Experience with HRMS platforms is required and knowledge of KEKA is preferred.
The candidate should have a good understanding of payroll inputs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
The role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
The candidate should have the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Experience in employee lifecycle management, HRMS, onboarding, BGV, payroll coordination, employee engagement and HR documentation is required.
Experience in the IT, ITES, Staffing or Consulting industry will be an added advantage.
