Position: HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Gold Loan
Location: Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹20 LPA (including variable)
The role involves managing and driving HR initiatives for the Gold Loan business. The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, understand manpower requirements, and deliver effective HR solutions across sales and branch operations.
Key responsibilities include managing the complete employee lifecycle covering onboarding, transfers, promotions, performance management, and exits; driving manpower planning and workforce productivity across branches and locations; supporting bulk and critical hiring with the Talent Acquisition team; and ensuring timely onboarding and effective deployment of sales and branch manpower.
The role also involves improving employee retention and managing attrition, driving employee engagement initiatives, addressing employee grievances, supporting performance management, productivity and capability building, and providing actionable insights through HR and business metrics.
Additional responsibilities include implementing HR policies and processes, supporting organizational restructuring and internal movements, conducting regular employee and business-manager connects, coordinating with L&D teams for training initiatives, ensuring HR process and statutory compliance, and preparing HR dashboards, MIS, and business insights for senior management.
Candidates should have relevant HRBP experience, preferably in NBFC, HFC, Banking, or Financial Services. Strong exposure to Sales, Branch, or Gold Loan business HR is preferred. Candidates with relevant Gold Loan or Retail Lending HRBP experience will be given preference.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, manpower planning, employee engagement, retention, and performance management skills are required. The ability to work closely with senior business leaders and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential.
