SBM Bank is hiring for the position of Manager / AVP – Learning & Development for the Lower Parel, Mumbai location. The role focuses on designing, delivering and managing Learning & Development initiatives, leadership and behavioural training, learning systems and employee development programs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Training Needs Identification TNI and prepare Training Calendars.
Design and deliver Learning & Development programs, including Leadership and Behavioural Training.
Manage the Learning Management System LMS and e-learning initiatives.
Track learning metrics, ROI, MIS and compliance reporting.
Support Employee Engagement initiatives.
Handle Vendor Management and Invoice Processing.
Preferred Profile
7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design or Corporate Training.
Hands-on experience with LMS and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate.
Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Experience in designing and evaluating learning interventions.
The role requires an experienced Learning & Development professional capable of identifying training needs, developing learning calendars and managing learning interventions.
